This mindfulness and yoga retreat will help you to slow down, connect to your inner wisdom, and bring more peace and joy into your life. Soak up an abundance of nourishing locally sourced foods, sunshine, daily yoga and mindfulness sessions to bring that calm and controlled feeling back into your life. You will feel lighter in both body and mind and come home with a greater sense of clarity.

The Venue
Casa Fuzetta is a spectacular villa in the heart of Olhão, close to Faro in the Algarve. In addition to the luxury accommodations, outdoor swimming pool and glorious outdoor space, the villa is in the heart of Olhão, a traditional Portuguese fishing village with charming restaurants, bars, boutiques and a spectacular daily food market. Enjoying sunshine year-round, you have the opportunity to visit the local islands by boat taxi or spend your free time exploring the village or relaxing in the villa. I know you love with its energy as much as I do.

Retreat Creator
I am a holistic nutritionist and wellness specialist designing retreats and wellness events with leading chefs, yoga instructors, mindfulness teachers and other experts. I am passionate about living a more conscious life and helping others to connect with their mind, body and soul and deepen their intuition and inner guidance. By developing a self care practice filled with mindfulness, meditation, moving your body, spending time in nature, nourishing yourself with fresh whole foods you are able to bring a deeper sense of connection to yourself. Through my events and retreats you will find an amazing group of like minded individuals who are looking to slow down, tune in to that silent inner voice and reconnect to themselves. Meet Gosia Wojciulewicz
Yoga & Pilates teacher,
Holistic Therapist & Personal Trainer
Gosia is the cofounder of Retreatself, a retreat and wellness company offering yoga, pilates and wellness classes to local and international clients. Gosia combines various teachings from hatha, kriya, kundalini and restorative yoga. She also includes different trainings such as Qi Gong, pilates and improvisation which focuses on physical and mental health and emphasises a conscious approach to holistic living. She is also a Reiki Master and Massage Therapist, trained in body awareness and breathing techniques, as well as meditation, yoga nidra, relaxation, and the use of essential oils.
She promotes a healthy, balanced lifestyle to help people reach their potential, both in a personal and professional capacity with an empahsis on conscious living she creates a space for people that need support in their process of change. Her approach is to inspire people to grow and feel happier.
Meet Ceri Jones
Private Retreat Chef
Ceri is a professional chef with an innovative approach and a passion for celebrating seasonal food. Ceri’s view is that food should be simple and accessible to all, this very much reflects in her recipes.
Ceri’s professional chef work includes heading up the kitchen on a dozen wellbeing retreats a year, leading corporate cooking workshops in the workplace, recipe development for brands as well as leading her own series of events from supper clubs to cooking classes.
Ceri completed her chef training in 2014, training at Bauman College for Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts in Berkeley, California. Ceri also works part time at the Garden Museum in London, as Food Learning Officer, where she is responsible for facilitating cooking and food inspired community workshops, and supports her local organic veg bag scheme Lee Greens editing their weekly newsletter.
Ceri is a member of the Guild of Food Writers.

"I had the great pleasure of joining one of Jacqueline’s retreats in September 2018 in the Wicklow mountains. I have been on several retreats previously but this one really stood out for me as she and her colleagues took a very holistic approach to everything we did. Eating mindfully, in particular, was a new one for me, and combining this with appreciating the benefits of what we were consuming was quite enlightening. Jacqueline is incredibly intuitive and focuses on each individual’s needs, helping you to build a programme of self-care which can then be adopted for the long term.
This, probably, was my biggest take-away from the retreat. I realised, finally, the acute need to prioritise and maintain my own physical and mental health as a busy working Mum travelling constantly around the globe.
